Booking and Payments
Securing your clean is easy. To keep our small business running smoothly, we ask following:
-  Home visits: Please settle your account on the day.• Business clients: 7 or 14-day terms available.• Ease: We accept transfers and all major cards.
Changes and Cancellations
Life happens. To look after our staff's schedules, we just ask for:
-  24 hours' notice for rescheduling.• Late changes: A 50% fee helps cover our team.• Same-day: The full fee applies to support our locals.
Accessing Your Home
To get started on time, please arrange entry via keys or codes. If we can't get in, a small call-out fee applies to cover our cleaner's travel time and their commitment to your booking.
Safety and Pets
Your family’s wellbeing is our priority, which is why we only use 100% non-toxic cleaning supplies.
